What Makes Focus T25 So Effective?
Shaun followed up Insanity with Insanity: The Asylum which features workouts that are based off of sports specific training methods and drills inspired by pro athletes.
Shaun then spent a year in developing “Focus T25”, using everything he learned and experienced from his prior successes to develop a high-intensity, high-interval workout based on maximum efficiency and effectiveness, a workout that could be completed in under 30 minutes.
